Prepare legal documents and settlement statement necessary for closing and transfer of title for real property. Execute closing documents with parties and record documents. Manage and reconcile operating and escrow accounts, including accounts payables and receivables. Manage everyday operations of business. 

 

2001 to present:

Maintain day-to-day operations: prepare purchase orders, maintain accounts payable and receivables.  Manage bank accounts.  Oversee inventory, sales and delivery staff of five.  Assisted Parent Company with sale of division.
