Dennis P. Flynn is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in Florida and formerly in Vermont and New York. He has earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Adelphi University in January 1970. He is also a member of AICPA and FICPA.

Since 1985 Dennis P. Flynn has been the owner of a Certified Public Accounting Firm providing:
Financial statements preparation
Accounting services
Tax planning and preparation to businesses and individuals
Consulting in expert witness testimony
Business purchase analysis.

Dennis Flynn's client list includes:
Condominium and homeowners associations
Businesses in retail, wholesale, consulting
Religious organizations, distribution, construction, and individuals.

Between 1976 and 1985 Dennis Flynn worked as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Ducon Company, Inc., a group of companies with divisions/subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, distribution and engineering.
Sales approximately $20 million annually.
Responsible for all traditional financial areas including: all long range planning, budgeting, acquisition appraisal; cost and general accounting; financial and bank relations; all financial interface with parent company and subsidiaries; implementation of controls and systems in acquired companies lacking financial sophistication.
All operations were fully computerized including percentage of completion contract accounting.

Between 1973 and 1976 Dennis Flynn worked as Vice President and Controller of Iverson Cycle Corporation, a bicycle manufacturing company with sales of $25,000,000.
Directed a staff of 30 in all administrative and financial matters including sales administration, accounts receivable and payable, data processing, payroll, general and cost accounting.
Responsible for preparation of budgets, design and implementation of data processing system, bank relations, letter of credit imports, and cash flow.

Between 1970 and 1973 Dennis Flynn worked at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in New York, an international firm of Certified Public Accountants.
Rose to Supervising Senior Accountant in charge of the field work on audit engagements of major international corporations.
Involved in manufacturing, real estate, banking and finance, and automobile leasing.
Directed staffs up to 20 accountants in the preparation of Annual Reports, 10-K's, S-1's, review of accounting controls and systems, and audit of accounts.
