Mr. Castañeda is a founding principal in Y&C, where he has worked on  a variety of financial, strategic, and operational consulting engagements in addition to heading up its corporate tax practice.

yeend Mr. Castañeda was a co-founder and managing partner of Newtek Financial Information Systems where he was engaged by a public venture capital firm listed on the American Stock Exchange to build an outsourced accounting services firm. 

yeend Mr. Castañeda earned his BS in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant.
