Audit and Review of Financial Statements

A financial audit, or more accurately, an audit of financial statements, is the review of the financial statements of a company or any other legal entity, resulting in the publication of an independent opinion on whether or not those financial statements are relvant, accurate, complete and fairly presented. The financial audit is one of the many assurance or attestation functions provided by our firm.

Litigation Support

We have the knowledge and experience to perform investigative accounting, auditing, and tax determinations, provide expert testimony, or produce financial valuations in divspute situations.

Forensic Accounting

Forensic accounting is the speciality practice area of accountancy that describes engagements that result from actual or anticipated disputes or litigation. "Forensic" means "suitable for use in a court of law". As your forensic accountant, also known as forensic auditor or investigative auditor, we can give expert evidence at the eventual trial.
